New Baker at Specialized-Cakes

Still in training but showing real promise, Matthew who is 7 years old reallyseems to have a talent for making stuff " Thanks to Mister Maker on the T.V " our house is constantly a mess but give him a few more years and he may well be helping Mummy and Daddy to produce Cakes, Flowers and Favours. Well he needs to earn his pocket money.
Trust us he likes doing it we are not being mean!!

Joe Makes Pudding For Queen!! ! At Inn At Whitewell

Not quite a Birthday or Wedding Cake but as Pastry Chef at the Inn at Whitewell I was responsible for making the bread, petite fours and the dessert for the Queens much advertised visit.The dish requested was or all things Apple Crumble. We had excellent feedback from all guests including from the Queen and Duke of York who simple said the whole meal was excellent!
