Not quite a Birthday or Wedding Cake but as Pastry Chef at the Inn at Whitewell I was responsible for making the bread, petite fours and dessert for the Queens much advertised visit.The dish requested was or all things Apple Crumble we had excellent feedback from all guests including from the Queen and Duke of York who simple said the whole meal was excellent!

Townley Hall Wedding Fair
We had a great turn out at the wedding fair at Townley Hall Sunday 28th October 2007.What a lovely setting for any wedding with grand inside rooms and plenty of gardens for those pictures.
St Leonards Wedding Fair
St Leonards has just been refurbished and they have done a great job the church is wonderful both inside and out and we had a good turnout for the wedding fiar and to see the refurbished parts of the church.
